Change Lanes Youth Support Services

Change Lanes offers free youth mentoring, leadership groups, and life-skills workshops for at-risk youth. Programs focus on decision-making, emotional wellness, conflict resolution, and community service. Youth participate in group sessions, enrichment activities, and positive peer engagement. Designed to reduce risk behaviors and increase school and life success.

Change Lanes

Providing professional behavioral health and other supportive services to at risk and probation youth. Also offers classes to adult to require court order services. RAY (Reentry Action for Youth) program is from 12-24 year olds who have been involved with the justice system. | “Here at Change Lanes we help youth reverse negative responses to toxic stress by identifying their strengths and natural talents, connecting them with support services that help them develop self-confidence and aide in reducing: Academic Failure, Substance Abuse, Teen violence, Teen pregnancy.”

Asian Youth Center

Has multiple programs for youth in our community. Including the Level Up Next Generation (L.U.N.G.) program. LUNG is a FREE 6 – 8 month course for ages 14 – 24. Paid Internship! Learn about life skills, peer mediation, conflict resolution, post-secondary education, and job readiness! These skills will make an exceptional resumé!

Key components of the program include: paid internship, resume building, setting boundaries, budgeting, college majors support, workplace adequate, comfortless solution, high school / ged enrollment

The African Coalition

The African Coalition provides free resources and support from mental health or immigration services, housing assistance, crisis intervention, and more. Additionally the African Coalition has a paid stipend opportunity for youth 16 – 24 year olds to be an Antelope Valley Youth Ambassador.
