Brotherhood Crusade YouthSource Center

The YouthSource Center is a partnership program that improves educational and employment opportunities for youth ages 14-21 who are unemployed, out of school, or at-risk of dropping out. The program provides career-based mentoring, re-engagement with school, vocational and social skills development, and academic support to help youth succeed. Youth participate in work experience, volunteerism, and internships that build job readiness and professional skills. The center helps youth secure employment while developing the life skills needed for long-term success.

Compton Cowboys

The Compton Cowboys is a community organization that uses horseback riding and ranch activities to provide positive alternatives for youth in Compton through the Compton Junior Equestrians. The program offers mentorship, leadership development, and life skills training through equestrian activities and animal care. Youth learn responsibility, discipline, and teamwork while connecting with nature and building confidence in a supportive environment. The Cowboys work to preserve Black cowboy culture while creating safe spaces that keep young people engaged in positive activities and away from violence.

Greetings from South Central LA

Greetings from South Central LA is a community-based arts education organization dedicated to youth, educators, and families in South-Central Los Angeles. Through partnerships they provide arts and culture programming, summer programs, and community collaborations that inspire creativity and cultural expression. Youth engage in hands-on arts education experiences that celebrate their community identity and develop artistic skills. The organization’s vision is to inspire and cultivate the next generation of artists and community leaders in South-Central L.A.
