The Emergency Rent Relief Fund (ERRF) provides short-term financial assistance to help community members remain stably housed during times of hardship. Funds are intended to support tenants who are experiencing difficulty paying rent, including those with delinquent rent payments or who are at risk of losing their housing.

This ERRF primarily serves residents of Southeast Los Angeles. Priority may be given to applicants who live in this area and who are facing urgent housing instability.

ERRF assistance is designed to offer temporary support and may not cover all housing-related expenses. Submitting an application does not guarantee funding, and assistance is subject to eligibility, available funds, and review.
