HSA’s programs work together to support people throughout early childhood education and family strength services to senior care and caregiver support with the goal of promoting wellness, stability, and strong communities in Southeast Los Angeles and beyond
Target Age Group: Infants and toddlers (0–3) Preschool and young children (3–5) School-age children and teens (up through adolescence) Adults (18+) Older adults and seniors (60+ and older)
Cost and Accessibility: Cost: Mostly free or low‑cost for eligible people, with sliding fees based on income for some programs. Accessibility: Programs serve residents of Southeast LA County with age‑specific and needs‑based eligibility; many require an appointment or intake screening
Hours of Operation: Office hours: Monday–Friday 8 AM – 5 PM Weekends: Closed
