PeacePlayers uses basketball to teach leadership, and teamwork to youth from ages 8-18. The programs offered through peaceplayers include basketball leagues, skill-building workshops and mentorship opportunities. Individuals learn valuable life skills when they engage in strucutred sports play. This organization also builds a sense of community through team connection for local youth within the South LA region.
