Youth Based Programming South LA
AYES provides comprehensive workforce development services for youth ages 14-24 through the Youth@Work Program and Youth WIOA Program. The programs offer paid work-based learning experiences, work readiness training, academic and career development, and placement in employment opportunities that provide career pathways and self-sufficient wages. Priority is given to vulnerable youth populations including school dropouts, foster youth, homeless youth, LGBTQ youth, pregnant/parenting teens, and those with disabilities. Youth receive individualized career services, training, supportive services, and follow-up support to help them achieve self-sufficiency and long-term career success in high-growth industries.
