“South Central Los Angeles Regional Center (SCLARC) is a private, non-profit organization offering evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, advocacy and support for people diagnosed with developmental disabilities, and children with developmental delays. SCLARC provides Early Start intervention services for children with developmental delays, or at risk for delays, under the age of 3, and supportive services for individuals diagnosed with a permanent developmental disability, ages 3 and above.” “SCLARC serves individuals of all ages with the following diagnosis:
