CRCD is a comprehensive community development organization that provides workforce development, education, housing, and support services to youth and families in South LA. Their youth programs serve over 8,300 individuals with job training, educational opportunities including high school diplomas and college credits, and career placement services. Transition-age youth (ages 16-24) receive specialized support including housing assistance, job readiness training, and connections to employment opportunities. CRCD focuses on breaking cycles of poverty by providing youth with the skills, education, and resources needed to achieve economic mobility and self-sufficiency.
